    You reap what you sow. Portugal has allowed TPO when UEFA and FIFA have ruled it illegal. Clubs have become shells, as owners have sold off assets. Now there is a much smaller market for these players top leagues won't touch, killing off the pot at the end of the rainbow. The rebuilding will be painful but hopefully Financial Fair Play will cut them some slack until they recover.
