Real Madrid released its traveling squad for its summer tour of the United States that includes a meeting with Barcelona in Miami and ends Aug. 2 at the MLS All-Star Game in Chicago, and there is a
notable omission:
Cristiano Ronaldo.
Ronaldo, who led Real Madrid to its second straight Champions League title in June, finished up his season for Portugal at the Confederations
Cup only 10 days ago.
Ronaldo, 32, also has a the court date on July 31 in Spain, where he faces tax fraud charges.

When Sir Alex had Manchester United and had the team touring the United States he wanted to win every game here. He used his starters and he had terrific players on the bench. I saw agame at Giant stadium Man U v Juventus. The Juventus coach played half his starters in each half and never was in the game. Manchester won easily. Became a big Manchester U fan after seeing that. I went to the game to see Juventus play. But those devil worshippers did not go out to win.
