Gold Cup: Mexico held scoreless in Denver

Jamaica held Mexico to a 0-0 tie in their Group C match, leaving no team with two wins after the first two matchdays at the 2017 Gold Cup. Gerson Mayen, one of the first players to turn pro through an MLS academy, and Rodolfo Zelaya scored in the first half to give El Salvador a 2-0 win over Curacao.
