FIRED: Columbus coach Greg Andrulis

The Columbus Crew has relieved of his heading coaching duties Greg Andrulis, who had guided the Crew to a 4-10-2 record this season for a last-place spot in the Eastern Conference. Assistant coach Robert Warzycha has been named interim head coach.
Andrulis, who has been at the Crew's helm since Oct. 25, 2001, is the second MLS head coach let go this year. Chivas USA coach Thomas Rongen was replaced by Hans Westerhof May 30.
