Soccer America Women's College Top 25

Penn State moved into the top spot in the Soccer America Women's College 25 rankings after last week's No. 1 Stanford (3-2 at Florida) and No. 2 West Virginia (2-1 to Virginia) both lost. UCLA, Florida and Virginia moved up to 2-3-4.

Week 2's big results:

Florida 3 Stanford 2. Gators beat the Cardinal for the first time in six tries thanks to former Brazil U-20 captain Lais Araujo's winning goal in the 82nd minute. Florida overcame deficits twice before it took the lead.



West Virginia 1 Virginia 2. Megan Reid's golden goal in the 106th minute gave the Cavaliers the win in Morgantown.

Florida State 0 Alabama 1. After dominating the first half, the Tide was rewarded for its effort in the 55th minute when Taylor Morgan scored the winning goal.

Notable:
-- Arkansas drew a record crowd of 3,401 fans at Razorback Field for its 4-2 loss to Penn State.
