Crowd count: Sac Republic sells out every home game in 2017

Sacramento Republic FC finished the 2017 USL season with its 15th straight sellout.

It drew a crowd of 11,569 fans at Papa Murphy's Park for its 2-0 win over Phoenix Rising FC that left it sixth in the Western Conference with aaa to play.

Sac Republic, which is favored to be awarded an MLS expansion team in December, sold out every home game in 2017 and has sold out 55 of 56 games in its four seasons in the USL.

    They need a bigger stadium! Phoenix is doing well too.
