Sam Kerr topped the greatest season a player has ever had in the NWSL with her record-setting 17th goal in the season finale.

season (2) and goals in a game (4).

four goals in three games as Australia won the Tournament of Nations in August and three goals in two friendly wins for the Matildas against Brazil in September
