Crowd Count: UCLA-USC breaks women's college attendance record

An NCAA women’s soccer regular-season record crowd of 11,925 fans at UCLA's Drake Stadium was treated to a thriller.

In the Pac-12 finale for both teams, the Bruins came from behind twice in regulation and then scored in overtime to defeat USC, 3-2.

Freshman Ashley Sanchez scored the golden goal 80 seconds into extra time. Kaiya McCullough and Anika Rodriguez had earlier responded to goals by Nicole Molen for the Trojans. UCLA and USC finished tied for second in the Pac-12 behind Stanford.
