NCAA Division I Men's Tournament: Colgate wins first postseason game in seven trips

Colgate won its first game in seven trips to the NCAA Division I Men's Tournament dating back to 1959 when it got first-half goals from seniors Karl Brown and Jared Stroud to beat Massachusetts, 2-0, on the road in the opening game of the postseason on Thursday afternoon.

The 16 seeds have byes and will play the first-round winners on Sunday.

The Men's College Cup will be played Dec. 8-10 in Chester, Pa.
