U.S. Open Cup: Amateur Cup champion Lansdowne Bhoys and NTX Rayados clinch berths

The reigning U.S. Amateur Cup champion Lansdowne Bhoys and Dallas-based NTX Rayados are among the amateur teams through to the 2018 U.S. Open Cup after winning Saturday matches in the third round of the Open Division qualifying.

Irishman Daryl Kavanagh scored two goals to lead Bhoys past Philadelphia's Junior Lone Star U23s, 3-1.

NTX Rayados rallied from a goal down to beat Motagua New Orleans, 2-1, with a pair of goals in the last eight minutes and advance to the Open Cup for the seventh year in a row.
