Revs make high-scoring Homegrown Player Angking their first new signing

The New England Revolution signed 17-year-old midfielder Isaac Angking from Providence, R.I., as a Homegrown Player.

Angking, the Revs' first new signing since the hiring of Brad Friedel as head coach, scored 12 goals in 11 games for the Revs' U-18/19 team during the fall season, tying him for the sixth most goals in the Development Academy.

The senior at Mt. Pleasant High School in Providence had spent time in U-17 Residency in Bradenton, Florida.
