Watch: U.S. U-18 Konrad de la Fuente shine for Barcelona youth team

Konrad de la Fuente, shortly before joining the U.S. U-18 national camp, had terrific performance for Barca's Juvenil B team in a 8-0 win over Gené. De la Fuente (No. 11) assists on the first goal, helps set up the second and fourth goals, is fouled and converts the penalty for the third goal, delivers the cross before an own goal on the 6-0, scores the seventh, and a rebound of his shot is part of the sequence preceding the eighth goal.

They are not going to learn anything playing against this type of competition.....That's total waste of time...

F.S., IMHO, now and then the competition is weak. But at least in this video there was execution. In addition, I wonder how many MLS players are capable to execute under similar circumstances?

I would hope all of them.

Keep hoping...majority of MLS players lack the Soccer IQ in order to deliver the goods. They all seem to have "ideas" as commentators love to talk about, but ideas mean nothing without execution.

I will tell you that if a kid on any of our NT's touched the ball more than twice as these kids do they would be sent home.  Our style of play is kick it up the field and run after it.  Simplifying the game as our coaching tells us.  Same style the MLS plays.
