What They're Saying: John Henry

“You don’t want to be in the position where players want to go somewhere else, even if it is a great club like Barcelona. It’s hard to understand why players would want to go to a league where the competition is so weak. They must play 30 or so meaningless matches per year waiting for Champions League matches.”

What an idiot this guy is. Liverpool is my favorite premier league team but, that is a stupid statement. The competition is so weak that, one of their teams continue to win both the champions league & Europa league almost every year. All the leagues in Europe have the same teams @ the top almost every year. That is about money. Would rather watch the bottom feeders from LaLiga then the Premier League.
