Watch: A primer on how VAR will be used at the World Cup

FIFA offers this six-minute video to explain how Video Assistant Referee will be used for the first time at a World Cup. The VAR team for all games -- one VAR and three VAR Assistants -- will work out of a centralized video operation room in the International Broadcast Center in Moscow.

    For "match-changing situations", as long as they aren't yellow cards. 2nd yellows, presumably, will be reviewed. Is this better?

    When I tried to watch, the video said "Blocked by FIFA"; so much for spreading the word...we can't have people actually understanding what the refs are doing...
