-- The Arsenal Supporters' Trust in response to the announcement by Arsenal's majority shareholder, American Stan Kroenke, that he has offered 600 million pounds ($788 million) to buy the 30 percent interest in the EPL club owned by Russian Alisher Usmanov. That move, which Kroenke says he'll fund mostly with loans, would value the club at 1.8 billion pounds ($2.3 billion) and would lead to the compulsory purchase of the remaining shares, some of which are owned by Arsenal fans.     As “majority shareholder”, what percent interest in the club does Kroenke already hold, if Usmanov’s shares equate to 30%? And what percent are held by how many individual Arsenal fans? Who and what people would be forced (“compulsory”) to purchase those remaining shares, and why?
