Balogun, who played for England at U-17 European Championship in May, scored in a 1-1 U.S. tie with the Czech Republic and a 5-0 win over Bulgaria as the Tab Ramos-coached U.S. U-18s won the Vaclav Jezek Tournament in late August. Balogun was able to play for the USA without making an official national team switch because the Czech Republic-hosted tournament wasn't an official FIFA event.
England faces the Netherlands, Russia and host France at the Limoges Tournament.
