Youth: Hawaii's Sunshine Fontes sets U.S. U-17 girls scoring record

The Hawaii product became the U.S. U-17 girls national team's all-time scorer after scoring once in each victory.

At coach Mark Carr's team last tournament before
2018 U-17 World Cup in Uruguay (Nov. 13-Dec. 1), the USA beat Mexico on goals by Fontes, Trinity Rodman and Isabella D’Aquila. Fontes, Payton
Linnehan and Mia Fishel scored against Colombia, which gifted the USA an own goal.
Carr must pare his 26-player roster down to 21 for the World Cup.
