The USL playoffs move into the conference semifinals. Here's a look at the four matchups ...

Eastern Conference Semifinals

Saturday, Oct. 27
No. 1 FC Cincinnati vs. No. 5 New York Red Bulls II, 4 p.m. ET
2018 series: 6/2: FC Cincinnati 2-1, 7/21: FC Cincinnati 2-1.
Player to watch: Emmanuel Ledesma, reportedly already signed for FC Cincinnati's move to MLS next season, leads the team in goals (16) and assists (16).
Trivia: FC Cincinnati brings a USL-record 24-game unbeaten streak (17-0-7 record) into the playoff match.

Saturday, Oct. 27
No. 2 Louisville City vs. No. 6 Bethlehem Steel, 7:30 p.m. ET
2018 series: 4/28: Louisville City 3-1, 6/20: Tie 0-0.
Player to watch: Cameron Lancaster scored a spectacular goal on a free kick in Lou City's 4-1 win over Indy Eleven in the quarterfinals. The Englishman has scored 28 goals in 2018: 25 in league play, one in the playoffs, plus two in the Open Cup.
Trivia: Lou City was 2-2-3 in its first seven games under new head coach John Hackworth. It has won all seven games since then.

Western Conference Semifinals
Friday, October 26
No. 3 Phoenix Rising vs. No. 7 Swope Park Rangers, 10:30 p.m. ET
2018 series: 4/21: Tie 2-2, 5/26: Swope Park Rangers 1-0.
Player to watch: Didier Drogba, who will be retiring after this season at the age of 40, scored the game-winner for the Rising in the quarterfinals with a 35-yard free kick, giving him 15 goals and four assists in 23 USL appearances over two seasons. He scored three times against the Rangers last season, including in the playoffs when the Rising lost in a shootout.
Trivia: Hadji Barry leads the Rangers with 18 goals in 34 games -- including goals in 10 of their last 11 matches -- and leads the USL with eight game-winning goals.

Saturday, October 27
No. 1 Orange County SC vs. No. 5 Reno 1868, 10 p.m. ET
2018 series: 6/16: Tie 2-2, 10/13: Reno 1868 3-1.
Player to watch: Former D.C. United academy star Michael Seaton scored just the fourth hat trick in USL playoff history to lead OCSC past Saint Louis SC in the quarterfinals.
Trivia: OCSC, the oldest USL team in California, is back in the conference semifinals for the third time in the last four years.

    i live in the OC, and we get nothing about OCSC in our medie  NOTHING. Not even the OC Register. Very sad.
