Sebastian Soto joins Hannover 96 first team for winter training in Spain

Former Real Salt Lake academy star Sebastian Soto has joined Hannover 96's first team for winter training less than six months after moving to Germany.

Soto, who led the 2017-2018 Development Academy with 42 goals in 27 games for Real Salt Lake's U-18/19 team, was one of three Hannover players called up from the U-19s for the camp that opened in Marbella, Spain.

The 18-year-old Californian scored 10 goals for Hannover to put him in a tie for second place in scoring in the Nord/Nordost U-19 group.

Also: Tyler Adams started training with RB Leipzig, while Timothy Chandler, who has been injured, rejoined Eintracht Frankfurt for its trip to the Florida Cup.
