Major League Soccer announced the signing of seven players to its 2019 Generation adidas class.
The class features Frankie Amaya
, a freshman at UCLA who started when the USA beat
Mexico, 2-0, to win the 2018 Concacaf U-20 Championship. Also signed was another U-20, Indiana sophomore Griffin Dorsey.
The class consists of five Americans and two Canadians,
forming the first all-North American class since 2005.
