1. Inter Miami has hired Jason Kreis to work in its technical department.
Kreis, who will report to sporting director Paul McDonough, has
coached Real Salt Lake, New York City FC and Orlando City in MLS. He led RSL to the 2009 MLS title and second place in the Concacaf Champions League in 2011. Inter Miami is slated to begin play in MLS
in 2020. 2. FC Cincinnati reached an agreement with WSTR Star 64
to carry all of its MLS games that are not nationally
televised for the 2019 and 2020 seasons. The agreement with the Sinclair Broadcast Group station will extend FC Cincinnati broadcasts into a two-and-a-half-hour window to now accommodate a 30-minute
postgame show during each telecast. The FC Cincinnati broadcast team will be Tom Gelehrter (play-by-play), Kevin McCloskey (analyst) and Lindsay Patterson (sideline). 3. The Washington Spirit signed a local broadcasting deal
with Monumental Sports & Entertainment, a digital platform for Washington sports and
entertainment news, and NBC Sports Washington, a regional sports network, to air a minimum of 12 Spirit NWSL games in 2019. It's the first local deal of its kind for the Spirit, which is entering its
seventh season in the NWSL.
