Id2 boys' national selection heads to France and Belgium for first time

U.S. Club Soccer's id2 national selection will tour Belgium and France March 29-April 9 to play top academy clubs, including a match against Paris St. Germain.

The group consists of 18 players born in 2005 and will be coached by id2 boys program director Gerry McKeown.

Id2 alums include Christian Pulisic (2012), Jonathan Gonzalez, Tyler Adams and Tim Weah (all 2013).

Id2 boys' national selection:
Goalkeepers -- Jacob Rivera (Players SC), Noah Thomas (Ohio Premier SC).
Defenders -- Haroun Conteh  (Phoenix Rising FC), Alexander Lopez Hernandez (Phoenix Rising SC), William Lulka (Manhattan SC), Ruwan Thoumoung (Wolfsburg, Germany), Gino Valenti (Wake FC).
Midfielders -- Braxton Arpachinda (Nationals), Anthony Castor (Soccer Nation KC Academy), Stevie Davis (Philadelphia Ukrainian Nationals), Gregory “Dan” Jackson (FC Hawaii), Brooklyn Raines (Barca Academy, Ariz.), Matthew Robinson (Barca Academy N.Y.), Joel Torbic (Allegheny Force FC).
Forwards -- Sebastian Carbajal (Napa United 1839 Academy), Dominic Dubon (Philadelphia Union Youth), Damian Espinoza (Apple Valley SC Storm), Daniel Farberov (STA).
