Roster: Eighty players called into U.S. Soccer's Central Region U-14 talent ID camp

U.S. Soccer is holding its second of three 2019 U-14 Regional ID Camps March 14-18 in Frisco, Texas, where 80 players from the Central Region will convene. FC Dallas with 10 players and Atlanta United with nine are the best represented clubs.

The camp will be run by U.S. Soccer staff including Director of Talent Identification (TID) Tony Lepore and the three boys’ TID Managers, Henry Brauner, Garrett Biller and Cris da Silva. The 80 players will be split into four teams, Midwest, North Central, South Central and Southeast, and play a round-robin.

South Central Select: Eric Dade (YNT Network Scout – Texas), Nick Evans (San Antonio FC)
Southeast Select: Chris Kranjc (YNT Network Scout – Southeast), Blake Wagner (Tampa Bay Rowdies)

The U-14 West Region camp took place in January. The East Region camp takes place in early April at the Capelli Sports Complex in Tinton Falls, N.J.

    Would like to see big ID camps like this in all the regions again at U16, U18 and U20. Find the uncut diamonds--they're not all going to college.
