The 18-year-old LA Galaxy academy product Alex Mendez  scored from 35 yards and with a tight-angle rocket in the A-Junioren Bundesliga Süd/Südwest. It was Mendez’ssixth league game for the U-19s since joining Bundesliga club SC Freiburg late last year.
