U.S. U-17 girls win three straight at UEFA Development Tourney

The Tracey Kevins-coached USA beat host Portugal (6-1), Russia (5-0) and Mexico (4-0) at the UEFA Development Tournament, the first event for the U.S. U-17 cycle aiming for the 2020 U-17 World Cup. The USA's youngest player, 15-year-old Allyson Sentnor of Massachusetts' South Shore Select, and Amelia White of Indiana's Fort Wayne United, led the USA in scoring with three goals each. Three U.S. players scored twice at the tournament: Alexis Missimo (Texas' Solar SC), Simone Jackson (LAFC Slammers) and Amelia Horton (Kansas' Sporting Blue Valley).
