Chelsea dominated the second half and its third goal was on a none call foul against an Arsenal player.

Arsenal had the better first half, but couldn't score.  Giroud had a beautiful goal, and Chesea deserved it.  Arsenal suffered from two PK situations; the non-call for Lacazette, and the call for Giroud.  While I don't blame the referee (who generally did pretty well), Lacazette's beautiful move around the keeper did beat him, and the keeper clipped his Lacazette's foot with his hand (and then harder with his head), and never touched the ball.  One could argue that Lacazette went down to easily, but he was definitely clipped (and it might have been enough to bring him down).  On the other end, Maitland-Miles tries to go around Giroud, and Giroud feels the pressure and goes down.  I think both are harsh penalties (but can understand giving them, because their is contact), but it was doubly harsh on Arsenal that they didn't get the one for them, but the one against them is given.   Sometimes soccer is a cruel game...

What type of an announcer, with 31 minutes and stoppage time to go and the score 2-0, says, "Surely, now, there is no way back for Arsenal." ??? Maybe everybody should simply turn off their TV and do something else.
