. Williams, who most recently served as the head coach of D.C.
United's new USL Championship affiliate, Loudoun United, will be re-united with sporting director and head coach Bruce Arena whom he played for at the University of Virginia, D.C. United and on the
U.S. national team and was an assistant under at the New York Red Bulls and on the national team in 2017. Williams had been the U.S. U-17 national team head coach for two cycles (2013 and 2015). To
replace Williams, D.C. United hired former academy director Ryan Martin as the Loudoun United head coach.

, has joined the University of Portland as an assistant coach under Nick Carlin-Voigt. Zemanski played for
Chivas USA (2010-12) and the Portland Timbers (2013-17) in MLS before joining the Pittsburgh Riverhounds in 2018.
