MLS Schedule:

MLS gets back into full swing with 18 games -- six on Wednesday and 12 over the weekend.

-- New England, unbeaten in league play since it made a coaching change, can show its mettle under new head coach Bruce Arena when it hosts Philadelphia and Houston.

-- The same goes for San Jose, which is much-improved after a poor start under first-year coach Matias Almeyda. The Quakes host Houston on Wednesday and the LA Galaxy in their annual California Clasico at Stanford Stadium.

-- Also at home twice this week is D.C. United, which can put some distance between it and Orlando City and Toronto FC with wins against its Eastern Conference rivals.
