A day after a New York Times story on reviews highly critical of the U.S. Soccer workplaceand the organization’s retiring secretary general, Dan Flynn, and chief commercial officer Jay Berhalter, a candidate to replace Flynn, on the workplace Web site Glassdoor, U.S. Soccerpresident Carlos Cordeiro responded to the story and announced that the federation will shortly set up an anonymous, third-party reporting system to allow employees to air their complaints.
