Loudoun United, D.C. United's second team, drew a sellout crowd
of 5,015 for its 3-3 tie with the Charlotte Independence in the first game at Segra Field, its new home
stadium in Leesburg. The stadium is part of a $15 million project to expand Bolen Memorial Park. A training center for D.C. United and Loudoun United is expected to be completed next summer.
