Josh Sargent needs to go out on loan this season--he's never going to get many reps with a 40 year old ahead of him on the depth chart. Otherwise, another wasted season at Werder Bremen, which has unresolved defensive problems and look to be battling relegation already. I'm sure they've rationalized this as Fullkrug is injury-prone and JS will get reps in the second half of the season, but WB have not shown an eagerness to develop their young players the same way Dortmund/Shalke/Leipzig have.
