U.S. U-17 boys finish Dutch trip with big loss to Denmark

After beating U-17 European champion Netherlands and Concacaf champ Mexico, the U.S. U-17s fell, 4-1, to Denmark in their final game at the four-nations under-17 tournament in the Netherlands. Coach Raphael Wicky's team is preparing for the 2019 U-17 World Cup that kicks off in late October in Brazil, where the Netherlands will be its final group opponent after opening againt Senegal and Japan. The Danes didn't qualify for the U-17 World Cup.

The Danes took a 25th minute thanks to an own goal and were up 2-0 by halftime, and 4-0 by the 61st minute. Noah Jones scored the consolation goal in the 65th minute.
