1. Four NCAA Division I men's teams remain unbeaten and untied through Week 5: No. 24 Navy (9-0-0), No. 3 Virginia (8-0-0), No. 8 SMU
(8-0-0) and No. 23 Missouri State (7-0-0). No. 1 Stanford suffered its first blemish when it tied UC Santa Barbara, 3-3, on the road, while No. 2 St. Mary's lost for the first time, dropping a 4-2
decision to UC Davis. Also falling from the unbeaten and untied ranks were No. 4 Georgetown, No. 9 St. John's, No. 11 Clemson and No. 13 Cal State Fullerton.
2. U.S. Adult Soccer inducted four men into its Hall of Fame at its AGM in Palm Springs, California. They included longtime FIFA referee Angelo Bratsis, who
officiated in five different pro leagues. Also honored were Aleks Mihailovic, who played in the old NASL and has been involved in Illinois State Soccer Association for many years; Walter Ziaja, a
former Olympian who has worked as a coach and referee in Wisconsin; and USASA vice chairman Richard Moeller.
3. Detroit City
FC will add a women's team in United Women's Soccer for the 2020 season. Detroit City FC has been the best-drawing team in the NPSL and will move to NISA in 2020. The DCFC women's team will also
play its home matches at Keyworth Stadium.
