Watch: Former MLS players help out soccer program at Syrian refugee camp

Mehdi Ballouchy, who upon retiring in 2016 launched Kickstart Joy, visits the Zaatari Refugee Camp in Jordan with fellow former MLS pros Bobby Warshaw and Steven "Lenny" Lenhart. Jillian Sakovits reports on their visit and their impact.

    What a great story! Kudos to those volunteers! MLS should show this story at half time during the playoffs.

    We meet Lenny at Oakland international HS helping out at practice. That’s a soccer without border program  he came to visit. Awesome to see them at the refugee camp.

    People of character are the ones that get involved. USSF & MLS need to support this program since FIFA claims to be apolitical while collecting huge on quid pro quo.
