NCAA Division I Women's Tournament: Notre Dame earns first win in Norman era

In the final match of the NCAA Division I Women's Tournament's first round, Notre Dame edged Saint Louis, 1-0, on a goal by freshman Kiki Van Zanten corner kick in the 41st minute that proved to be the difference to advance the Irish to the second round.

The tournament win was the first for Nate Norman since he took over as Irish head coach in February 2018.

Dates
Second and third rounds: Nov. 21-22 and Nov. 23-24 at regional sites.
Quarterfinals: Nov. 29 or 30.
Women's College Cup: Dec. 6 and 8 in San Jose, California.
