1. After three seasons with the Philadelphia Union, forward Fafa Picault has been traded to FC Dallas.
The Union will get $300,000 of
General Allocation Money and can receive an extra $75,000 in additional allocation money, based on Picault hitting certain targets in 2020. Picault, who played out his contract at the end of the 2019
season, finished with 21 goals and 12 assists for the Union after arriving from St. Pauli in Germany. 2. Corben Bone is
joining Louisville City in the USL Championship after spending the 2019 season with FC Cincinnati in MLS.
The Wake Forest product played five seasons in MLS, the last at Philadelphia under head
coach John Hackworth, now at Louisville City, before moving to the USL in 2015, where he played with the Wilmington Hammerheads (2015) and FC Cincinnati (2016-18) before the latter's move to MLS in
2019. 3. Monroe College-New Rochelle completed a perfect 18-0-0 season
by beating Eastern Florida State, 2-1, to
claim its first NJCAA Division I men's championship. Tyler Junior College scored three second-half goals and avenged a loss in last year’s final to Monroe College-New Rochelle with a 4-1 win for
its fourth NJCAA Division I women's title. Richland and Brookhaven won the NJCAA Division III men's and women's titles, respectively.
