    This says it all! No leadership in this organization, no vision, no clue

    But do you want full time YNT coaches?  Is it not better these men or women are working in their clubs or colleges?

    Fulltime employement as a coach raises an unavoidable conflict of interest. I don't understand what you think is better about a national coach having close ties to one school or club.

    Last I checked, Germany's FA has about 500 fulltime coaches identifying and training elite youth players. That is just for males outside of professional clubs.
