over Dordrecht. It was his second straight
start since the winter break for Jong Ajax, which moved into first place in the second-tier Eerste Divisie with the victory. The U.S. U-20 star has played in 16 games (eight starts) since moving to
Ajax from German club Freiburg over the summer. 2. Dan Stratford, who led the University of Charleston to NCAA Division II men's
in 2017 and 2019, has been named the new West Virginia men's head coach. Stratford played for the Mountaineers and served as an assistant coach at WVU for three years (2011-13).
3. Louisville City named assistant coach Danny Cruz its new technical director
and gave him a multi-year
contract. He was on the Lou City staff when it won 2018 and 2019 Eastern Conference titles and the 2018 USL Championship title. Cruz played 137 games in MLS for three teams and started in MLS Cup 2011
for the Houston Dynamo.
