Roster: U.S. U-17 girls face England to prep for World Cup qualifying

Coach Tracey Kevins, who must pare the roster down to 20 players for the 2020 Concacaf Women’s U-17 Championship, has called in 24 players for games against England Feb. 19 and Feb. 22 during a Bradenton, Florida, training camp. Mexico hosts the 20-team U-17 championship (April 18-May 3) from which three teams advance to the 2020 U-17 Women's World Cup in India next November.

Nineteen of the players called in were born in 2003, the cutoff birth year for this year's U-17 World Cup. The four 2004s include the team's leading scorer, forward Allyson Sentnor of Massachusett's South Shore Select. Olivia Moultrie, a 2005 who famously went pro in February of 2019 by signing a Nike contract and plays for Portland Thorns DA, is the youngest player in camp. This marks the 15-year-old's second U-17 call-up.
