Statements from MLS and NWSL clubs calling for end to racism

As of late Sunday night, 16 of 26 MLS clubs and eight of nine NWSL clubs had issued statements on Twitter, in some cases from players, in other cases from their owners, or retweeted statements by others calling for end to racism in response to the killing of George Floyd.

Two NWSL clubs retweeted the statement from the league's Twitter account that included a statement from league sponsor Nike, and a third club retweeted the Nike statement.
