I don't know that I would read anything into that bg. If a coach is hot (been there) sometimes it's best to give distance. I can say that I've never been demonstrably pissed on a PK miss. It was poorly taken, but it's not in anyone's interest to overtly show ones displeasure.
No bench player moved to help the coach; looks like something may be amiss.
