France's D1 Arkema is the latest European women's league to strike an agreement with a U.S. network.
After England's Barclays FA Women's Super League, available on NBCSN and other NBC
Sports platforms, the French women's league will air on ESPN+ with 18 matches streamed in the U.S. during the 2020-21 season. Deal
The agreement was brokered with Canal+, which exclusively distributes D1 Arkema internationally, in partnership with Atalanta Media, the women’s soccer company involved in the
deal with the FA WSL and NBC Sports. Also available:

There are 20 Americans currently playing in D1 Arkema

D1 Arkema is dominated by Lyon, which has a
76-game unbeaten streak in league play going back to 2016, It has won 14 consecutive league titles and five straight UEFA Women's Champions League
