College: No soccer at Ivy League schools in spring 2021

The Ivy League became the first NCAA Division I conference to cancel intercollegiate sports this winter because of the continuing COVID-19 pandemic. It also put on hold plans for spring sports, at least the end of February 2021.

The Ivy League Council of Presidents also decided not to reschedule fall sports like men's and women's soccer for the spring, as had been planned when they were postponed in July.

The NCAA plans on holding modified NCAA Division I men's and women's soccer championships in the spring. Thirteen conferences have announced plans for conference play to take place in the first half of 2021.
