After a free kick had been called, the Botafogo defender seemed to be passing the ball back toward where the incident took place. But goalscorer Yuri Alberto, the ref, and VAR judged the defender’s pass to be the restart. It lead to an easy finish for the decider in Internacional’s 2-1 win.
