Oregon stunned defending national champion Stanford with a 2-1 win, its first over the Cardinal in a series that dates back to 1997.
Eden Hardy and Ally Cook scored for the Ducks, while freshman keeper Leah Freeman had four saves. Civana Kuhlmann scored the lone Stanford goal in the final seconds.
"It was a win," said Freeman, whose father Dale attended Stanford. "It was a team win. Obviously, a shutout is nice. But it's about the win. It's about what we did as a team. Today we made history as a team. And that's incredible."
The loss was the Cardinal's first in the Pac-12 since 2016.
