Work-place changes in the aftermath of scathing reviews about the work environment at U.S. Soccer were introduced, and an internal Diversity Council was created in response to the issues raised after the death of George Floyd.

Nothing good can come when bean counters move into operations. This is an organizational truism. Unless bonuses are based on financial targets, that is. Is that the case? I hope not. Unless the goal is to fail profitably.
