Watch (MLS golazos): Jakob Glesnes from way out and Fabio's fierce volley

Week 8 Goal of the Week candidates include a 40-yarder from Philadelphia's 27-year-old Norwegian defender Jakob Glesnes and a rocket volley that marked Brazilian Fabio's first MLS goal. Also in the running: Argentine Gustavo Bou (New England) and Brazilian Thiago Andrade (NYCFC).

Glesnes scored a similar long-range goals, albeit from a free kick, against LAFC in March of 2020.
