Red Bull Salzburg defeated Barcelona, 2-1, in a friendly match on Wednesday thanks to Brenden Aaronson's goal on the last kick of the game.
Aaronson scored into an empty net on the rebound of Nigerian-born Chukwubuike Adamu's shot off the post.
Barca's goal was scored when Sergino Dest, who played the entire game at right back, fired a shot that ricocheted off a Salzburg defender and hit Barca's Danish forward, Martin Braithwaite, and past Salzburg keeper Philipp Koehn.
Salzburg, the defending Austrian league and cup champion, has already played two league matches and a cup match, all wins. It will face Danish champion Brondby in the UEFA Champions League playoffs Aug. 16 and Aug. 23 for a spot in the group stage.
Barcelona faces Juventus Sunday in the Trofeo Joan Gamper. It opens its LaLiga season a week later, also at home, against Real Sociedad.
