USMNT: Who did what this weekend (September roster)

Ricardo Pepi (two goals and an assist) and Jordan Pefok scored on Sunday to join Gio Reyna as U.S. national team goalscorers on the eve of the start of World Cup 2022 Qualifying.

Of the 26 players initially called in, 17 started, four came off the bench, three didn't dress and two (both goalkeepers) were on the bench.

Among those who didn't dress was Tim Weah, who was injured in training on Saturday and missed Lille's 2-1 win over Montpellier. L'Equipe reported that he will be sidelined three weeks with a thigh injury, which would keep him out of not only the USA's three World Cup qualifiers but the start of the UEFA Champions League with Lille.

Oh Oh. Weah is now unavailable for the September international dates.

Feel bad for Weah, hopefully he's back in three weeks like the club assumes.
