Upon his 70th birthday earlier this week, MLS's first-place team surprised its coach during a pre-practice meeting. Bruce Arena, who turned 70 on Sept. 21, is aiming for his sixth MLS Cup title. He won his first at age 45 with D.C. United in MLS' inaugural season of 1996. His first of five NCAA D1 titles with the University of Virginia came in 1991 at age 40.
